Where do you ship to?

We ship to all New Zealand cities and towns. At present we DO NOT offer a rural delivery service.

How long will it take for my rental to arrive?

Our courier delivers to any residential or business street address, New Zealand Post PO Box or Private Bag in major towns and cities the next working day, and between 3-4 days elsewhere, excluding rural delivery, which is currently unavailable. Please allow an extra day during peak periods, such as, Christmas and Easter. These delivery targets are guidelines only and we do not guarantee that your order will be delivered within the delivery target.

How long is a rental period?

The rental period is around 5 days for major towns and cities. The rental period covers the expected shipping and return time, and excludes public holidays. If you return the goods late, a late fee of $25.00 per day will be charged to the account that you made the payment with.

How do I rent from RentNRave?

Go to the Shop page and select the Rent category. Select the item you would like to rent then choose your size/colour and click Add to Cart. If the item is available you will be prompted to enter your Event Date (please enter as format dd/mm/yyyy). Proceed to the checkout to finalize the transaction. If the item is Out of Stock you can check the availability through the calendar on the page, and if the item is available on your required date complete the Rental Booking Request form and we will contact you to confirm your booking.

What if the outfit doesn’t fit?

Please choose your size carefully as we do not provide refunds unless the wrong item was shipped in error. A sizing chart is included on most rental pages. In time we hope to offer a ‘try on’ service.

How do I return my rental?

We include a prepaid courier bag in the parcel. Simply repack your rental in the pre-addressed bag and drop at your local New Zealand Post Shop.

Do I need to dry-clean OR WASH my rental?

No. The cost of cleaning is included in your rental fee so no need to clean, just send it back.

What if I accidentally damage the rental?

We understand accidents do happen. You will be charged for the cost of repair and any disputes will be handled through RentNRave’s dispute mediation process.
